We consider planning a construction project before the actual construction begins as part of our construction project management. We coordinate the permitting, develop a construction schedule and budget, acquire sub-contractor quotes and work with the designers, architects and engineers. Pre-construction is very important with the overall planning, coordination, and control of a project from inception to completion aimed at meeting a client’s requirements in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project.
